This is the story of how I used EventStorming to visualize, make explicit, discuss and fix the process of a non-digital company struggling with the typical mess of every other organization: unclear requirements, bad capacity management, and chaotic patterns everywhere.
My goal in this session is to show how EventStorming can be used everywhere as a kickoff workshop to ignite an incremental continuous improvement path. I will show how I used the tool and the follow-up steps that took place afterward.
