The story starts about a year ago.
At a company called Vinted there was this one team. Like many other teams, that one had it's own challenges. So one day they decided to come together to talk about it. And they asked themselves: "How might we…". And that ended up being a list of ~30 opportunities.
So they decided to focus on a few. Drivers were assigned and task forces were launched. Eventially nothing tangible came out of it.
And the landscape around that team kept on shifting and new challenges emerged and the focus was required elswhere.
And when something unexpected happened!
Those new challenges and changes that seemed like a distraction at first, turned out to be the ingridients the team missed before…
