Although architecture is important within organzations it is often seen as a costcenter. The benefits of architecture are regularly qualitative, a more flexible IT organization for example. However, when qualitative arguments have to compete with a quantitative one, in most cases money, most of the time qualitative loses. In this talk I will provide you tips and tricks to build a rock solid business case for architecture.
