How do you deliver challenging feedback or uncomfortable truths to stakeholders without alienating them?

Frame difficult conversations by emphasizing a mutual goal of success and the company's best interest. Acknowledge potential discomfort or frustration, but maintain an optimistic outlook on achieving the desired outcome.

Example

When presenting the 'ground truth' to the manager, the facilitator prepared by focusing on their shared goal of company success, acknowledging that the insights might be uncomfortable but necessary for progress.
