Grant Grace to Facilitators

How should participants approach a facilitator who appears to be struggling or has made a mistake?

Assume positive intent and acknowledge that facilitators, like anyone, can be busy or momentarily forget things. Offer support by gently raising concerns or asking clarifying questions, recognising they might be grateful for the assistance.

Example

A participant should consider that a facilitator might be 'too busy with other things' or 'in a hustle' and might appreciate a gentle prompt rather than a direct challenge.
