I love to build the best software in the right way, for the right reasons, for all my stakeholders.
How? By constantly wanting to push the boundaries of my knowledge. By constantly questioning, listening and learning. By constantly seeking out people and problems to learn from.
I am driven to give back to those that have given me so much; the Open Source and Unconference communities. How? By facilitating and conference-speaking. By open-sourcing. By blogging and tweeting. By starting public conversations.
I strive to do all this creatively, while fostering creativity in others. I love to set people challenges and give them responsibility; then affording them the freedom and space to surprise themselves.
I seek to combine these individuals into powerful teams; teams where everyone is an expert in something, but is also motivated to learn from everyone else. In these teams, the best days are ones when we inspire ourselves and our colleagues to create something which individually none of us thought possible.
